Soak up the sun 🌅

We arrived in Nice at 17:25 and couldn't wait to get off the plane and start our french coastal adventure. Once through the airport doors, waiting for us was a handsome looking guy with a sign saying Eastwood, it was our chauffeur taking us to our penthouse apartment in Menton. Once there, we unfortunately had to wait for 30 minutes before someone arrived to let us in, which was annoying. But once inside, and seeing that amazing view, all was forgotten. We all unpacked and explored the very nice penthouse. Catherine and I then went to the local Spar to get some milk, water, orange juice, wine, jam for the croissants in the morning and don't forget the champagne 🤤. On the way back i stopped and got some pizzas for dinner. After dinner and some funny conversation, my mom and I had a cup of coffee to finish off the long day. Gordon decided he was still going to go out and have some beers (don't ask me where he gets the energy haha 😂). The rest of us had our shower and are now chilling in bed listening to the waves crash on the rocks...heaven!! Oh and this might make you laugh, Catherine was standing on the balcony outside our room and whilst trying to walk back in she walked smack bang into the sliding door 🤣🤣🤣 GOODNIGHT 22:30
